Digital goods policy
Because products are digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided after successful download access, except in cases of duplicate charge or non-delivery due to verified platform error.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase at appsiteagency@gmail.com with order ID and reason.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method per payment partner timelines.
